Banners
RESERVATION INFORMATION
- Banners are displayed for 14 days maximum (if the event date is on a weekend, the reservation will end on the Monday following the event)
- Drop off banners to Tina Mauriello at City Hall on the business day before reservation date
- Banner shall be picked-up within 14 days of end of reservation (*any banner not picked-up after 14 days will be discarded)
- Applications are recommended to be submitted at least 60 days prior to the requested reservation date
BANNER REQUIREMENTS
- Banner is to be no more than 20 feet long and 42 inches tall
- Wind vents cut throughout banner
- Grommets along top and bottom
- 100 foot nylon rope, 1/4 inch diameter (if banner is less than 20 feet in length additional rope is needed)
- 24 plastic pull/zip ties, 1/4 inch wide x 8 inches long
