Dade City's Fire Inspector is responsible for the review of and inspections for special events permits, and all plans for development and redevelopment projects within the City's limits. The City has adopted the Florida Fire Prevention Code inclusive of the NFPA Codes (National Fire Protection Association).  Additionally, our Fire Inspector performs annual inspections of all commercial structures to ensure the public's health and safety.
