Online Only Permits

Thank you for your patience as we all try to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19. In light of recent updates provided by the Governor's Office and the Stay In Place Order, the City is taking all precautions to protect the public health due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Our goal is to reduce person-to-person contact, while still providing excellent customer service where we can.

Effective April 2, 2020, until further notice, the Permitting Office is CLOSED to the public. We are still working to serve our residents and businesses and will accept online or emailed permits only at this time. Inspections will be performed on a case-by-case basis, or in emergency situations only. Once we have been given the all-clear to resume normal operations, inspections will occur on existing and new permits.

Please contact the appropriate staff member if you have questions.
